Personal Narrative: The Perfect Storm in Hoboken

It is been more than a week since the “Perfect Storm” Sandy ripped its way across the East Coast. Hoboken was one of the most affected areas of New Jersey due to flooding, and falling down of trees, however, Hoboken authorities are very much in the process of re-building the city. On Wednesday afternoon after Sandy had hit the city, I tried to get into Hoboken, but the entrance was impossible to me. There were Hoboken police officers around every corner, and the water was blocking the main entrances of Hoboken. For what I saw, the water was up to 4 feet, and It was impossible to get into the city.
